This luxurious 3 bedroom pine lodge is situated on the exclusive Lakeland Leisure Village, Borwick near Carnforth which lies amongst the rolling green countryside of the borders of the southern Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

The lodge consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and loo, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living/kitchen/dining area and veranda.

The lounge area contains 2 leather settees, footstool/storage box and coffee table, a 37 inch freeview / freesat HDTV and Bose DVD/CD/Radio/Stored Music surround sound system and seperate DVD recorder in addition. The TV screen is built into the wall (new pictures to be pubished soon) above the contemporary pebble fire place. . There is an extensive collection of DVDs for cold and rainy chillout days and a varied collection of CDs stored on the sound system (which may be described by some of the younger generation as cheesy) which you are very welcome to listen to or alternatively feel free to bring your own CDs.

The dining area seats 6 with ease and leads onto the spacious veranda complete with table and chairs for 6 and gas barbeque.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. The kitchen area has a new breakfast bar area with 2 comfy chairs (new pictures to follow shortly).

Bedroom 1 has a wall mounted TV with freeview and multi room Bose remote control CD/Radio/Stored Music.

The bathroom has a stylish corner bath and heated towel rail.

Please note that for the comfort of all guests the Lodge is NON SMOKING and NO PETS - sorry.
