This luxurious 3 bedroom pine lodge is situated on the exclusive South Lakeland Leisure Village, Borwick near Carnforth which lies amongst the rolling green countryside of the borders of the southern Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

The lodge consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and loo, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living/kitchen/dining area and veranda.

The lounge area contains a BOSE DVD/CD/Radio/Stored Music surround sound system connected to LCD TV with freeview. The TV screen is built into the wall above the contemporary pebble fire place.. There are 2 leather settees.

The dining area seats 6 with ease and leads onto the spacious veranda complete with table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils.

Bedroom 1 has a wall mounted TV with freeview and multi room BOSE remote control CD/Radio/Stored Music.

The bathroom has a stylish corner bath and heated towel rail.

Please note that for the comfort of all guests the Lodge is NON SMOKING and NO PETS - sorry.
